Moscow Helsinki Group head Lyudmila Alexeyeva, Civil Assistance Committee Chair Svetlana Gannushkina, Memorial head Sergei Kovalyov, and For Human Rights leader Lev Ponomaryov will speak about a new bill tightening control over nonprofit organizations funded from abroad.
