NATO-RUSSIA-MEETING
Brussels, April 27 (Interfax) – Military representatives of the Russia-NATO Council outlined an action plan and supported further expanded cooperation between the alliance and Moscow at a meeting in Brussels on Thursday, NATO said in a press release.
Russian Armed Forces General Staff chief Gen. Nikolai Makarov invited a NATO delegation to attend a missile defense workshop in Moscow in May, it said.
The defense ministers of NATO member states and their allies met in Brussels on April 25-26 to discuss the alliance’s operations in Afghanistan, Kosovo, the situation in Libya, as well as military cooperation with partners.
