UKRAINE-DEREGULATION-AZAROV
Kyiv, April 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Premier Mykola Azarov is concerned about cases when local officials ignore the government’s instructions on deregulation.
“I am very concerned and dissatisfied about the fact that we have many problems on central and local levels due to either passiveness of officials, or their unprofessional actions, or negligence of the government’s instructions by them,” he said, while opening a meeting of the government on Friday.
“I don’t like this state of affairs and I will not tolerate with it,” the PM stressed.
He said that a revolutionary simplification of procedures in the construction sphere faced the local officials’ reluctance to refuse from personal regulation.
