UKRAINE-AIRCRAFT-DAMASK
Kyiv, August 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – An Il-76 Ukrainian plane with 199 people on board flying from Damascus arrived at Boryspil Airport at 2022 Kyiv time.
One hundred and ninety-nine people are on board the Ukrainian Il-76 aircraft in Damascus, among whom are 177 Ukrainians, 15 Poles, and seven Syrians, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Dykusarov reported.
As reported, on July 26 Ukraine started the evacuation of its citizens from Syria due to the unrest in the country.
