Head of Ukraine’s Central Election Commission to observe presidential election in Russia

UKRAINE-RUSSIA-PRESIDENT

Kyiv, February 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine (CEC) Volodymyr Shapoval will work as official observer from Ukraine during the presidential election in the Russian Federation.

Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Secretariat of CEC Volodymyr Andriyenko told Interfax-Ukraine that Shapoval would be the only official observer from the Ukrainian CEC at the presidential election in Russia under a bilateral cooperation agreement between the central election agencies of Ukraine and Russia.
