Vlasenko expects court to announce ruling on Tymoshenko’s appeal in gas case in early September

Kyiv, August 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Defense lawyers of former prime minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, Serhiy Vlasenko, predicts that the Higher Specialized Court will pronounce its judgment on the appeal against Tymoshenko’s seven-year imprisonment sentence in the gas supply case in early September.

“I am absolutely sure this will happen after August 28. I would say around September10-13,” Vlasenko said on Tuesday.
