Yuschenko greets Ukrainians Independence Day

Kyiv, August 24 (Ukraine General News) – The leader of Our Ukraine party Viktor Yuschenko has greeted Ukrainians on Independence Day, the party’s press service has reported.

Yuschenko is sure that Ukraine would exist, if everyone has freedom – freedom of choice, freedom of speech and freedom of business.

“Millions of our fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers fought for the approaching of the holiday. They wanted only one thing – to be masters in own houses. These features of Ukrainian character make me optimist regarding the future of our homeland,” says the greeting.

“I believe that Ukrainians’ aspiration for freedom is guarantee that free, European and rich Ukraine will overpass all trials and occupy a worthy position among other countries,” Yuschenko said.

The leader of Our Ukraine party wished happiness and prosperity to all people.
